PROCEDIMENTOS CLINICOS INTEGRADOS PARA A RECUPERAÇÃO DA ESTÉTICA DOS INCISIVOS SUPERIORES: RELATO DE CASO CLÍNICO.

Abstract

The smile has been considered crucial in the composition of harmonic appearance and presentation of the individual in society . Currently , the new aesthetic, default has been represented by white, well aligned and contoured and suitable proportions (Soares et al . 2008) teeth . This study , through a clinical case of a female patient aged 29 , held during the supervised training in Integrated Clinical I and II in 2013 , sought to highlight important aspects for the professional guidance when performing dental treatment safely, thereby minimizing its effects wherever possible. To this end , based on the tests, it was decided to perform the regularization via the gingival periodontal surgical gingivectomy technique , without the need to manipulate the bone tissue , followed by morphological reanatomização upper incisors with composite resin , using as a basis the rule of the golden ratio.
